Due to the larger volume of orders please allow a 6-8 week turnaround, we aim to dispatch as soon as possible but in our experience, people tend to order larger amounts and this takes time to prepare.
Add to that Christmas Delivery times!
If you need anything urgently (we cannot dispatch sooner than three weeks) then please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate.

Shipping
Due to the hand made nature of our items and the time and care taken to prepare your orders, all our knitted goods are strictly sent tracked in order to avoid lost items in the post.
We do not have the resources to re-knit lost orders and so now tracking is mandatory.
